Shipping Options Available

  • In-Store & Curbside Pickup
     We offer free in-store and curbside pickup for all online orders. After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation, and we’ll notify you again once your order is ready for pickup. Most orders are available within 2–4 business days, but larger items may take slightly longer. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your items.

  • Free Standard Shipping
    Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders valued at ₹1000 or more. This offer is automatically applied during checkout and requires no coupon code. Orders under ₹1000 will incur a small shipping fee, calculated based on your location and the weight of the package.

     Shipping typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur during public holidays, sale events, or due to logistical constraints in remote areas.

Delivery Coverage

  • We currently offer delivery services only within India.

  • While international shipping isn’t available through our e-commerce platform, our backend infrastructure is well-equipped to handle export-grade shipments — and we are actively working to enable global delivery soon.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship only to residential and commercial addresses across India.

  • Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes, military zones, or restricted pin codes.

  • Bulky or oversized products (such as large furnishings or customized items) may involve longer processing times and additional delivery charges. These will be shown at checkout or communicated before dispatch.

Delayed or Missed Deliveries

  • In rare cases of delivery delay, you’ll be notified via email or phone with updated delivery timelines and tracking information.

  • If your package is lost or severely delayed, our support team will investigate and resolve the issue — offering re-dispatch, refund, or replacement.

  • Please ensure your address is accurate and accessible. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in added fees or cancellation.
